This project is vaguely inspired by Jade Cocoon 2's beast amulet system. You still spin your ring to change your minion's places, but instead of having only one active side all of your minions are doing something. In order to explain the mechanics better, I will start with the four positions. -Front. Simply put, this is the minion that takes the damage for you. One that stands between you and certain death. They come in many varieties, physical defenders, magical defenders, status defenders, evaders.... -Left Flank. This is your offensive minion, one that is in charge of dealing the damage. They come in many varieties, but they all fall into two categories, physical and magical. -Right Flank. This is the other offensive minion. Unlike the left flank, this minion doesn't deal damage. Instead, this minion specializes in various negative effects. Intelligent use of this effects can be a difference between a victory or defeat. -Back. This is the support minion. Any positive effect that is not a direct reaction to an attack falls into this category. There is a big variety of positive effects, but they usually fall under power boosts, defensive boosts or effect removal. The trick is that the positions are not fixed. Every turn, you can rotate the ring, and place your minions in other positions. In theory, every minion can cover any position.
