Strength affects damage and to a lesser degree chance to hit with most close combat weapons. Strength affects your maximum Stamina and your Stamina regeneration. It also provides a small boost to your maximum HP. Dexterity affects your hit rate with most weapons, and as such it is essential for actually hitting your enemy. Dexterity is the primary attribute for Alchemy. It also affects your Physical Evade. Vitality affects your maximum Stamina and Health. It also affects Physical Defense. Piety affects your maximum Stamina and Spell points in each realm. Piety is the primary attribute for Divinity and Divine magic. Piety affects your Magic and Affliction Defense. Intelligence is the primary attribute for Wizardry. It affects your maximum Spell points and your elemental(Fire, Water, Air and Earth) magic. Speed affects your evasion and initiative. Senses is the primary attribute for Psonics and Mental magic. Senses also affect your Magic and Affliction Evade and your maximum Spell points.

Mana Pools: Divine: 7+number of spells*2+Piety*3 Water: 7+number of spells*2+Piety*2+Intelligence Earth: 4+number of spells*2+Piety+Intelligence*2 Air: 4+number of spells*2+Piety+Intelligence*2 Mental: 4+number of spells*2+Piety+Senses*2 Fire: 2+number of spells*2+Piety+Intelligence*2 Mana Recovery: Divine:(Piety*2+Intelligence+Senses)/10 Water:(Piety*2+Intelligence+Senses)/10 Earth: (Piety*2+Intelligence+Senses)/15 Air: (Piety*2+Intelligence+Senses)/15 Mental: (Piety*2+Intelligence+Senses)/15 Fire: (Piety*2+Intelligence+Senses)/20
Attributes: Piety is Priest's primary attribute, you want to pump it as high as you can. Other attributes depend on your build. Every point of Vitality offers +3 to Priest's HP, and coupled with Heavy Armor, Shield and high Piety it makes a defender build a viable option. Intelligence and Senses give Priest extra Mana and faster Mana recovery. Strength is very useful for a Priest, it affects both Staff & Wand and Mace & Flail. Dexterity helps with Staff & Wand and provides bonus to Physical Evade. Speed offers an evade boost, but Priest is not meant to be a speedster. Caster Priest should focus on Intelligence and Senses, while Mace Priests focus on Vitality and Strength.
